“IMARISHA” Project is a Community-Led Monitoring (CLM) project that Afya Plus implements in Musoma DC and Tarime DC in Mara region through funding support from PEPFAR through the Ambassador’s Fund for HIV/AIDS Relief (AFHR). With the overall goal of improving health, and well-being of people living with HIV/AIDS (PLHIV).  The “IMARISHA” project is using systematically gathered feedback on quality of HIV services from service recipients and provide facility, council and regional health management teams and other stakeholders with data and analysis to make informed decisions on responding to community priorities and experiences pertaining to HIV services. “IMARISHA”  project is placing the voices of service recipients at the heart of HIV response by giving them room for their voices to be heard to inform planning, designing and provision of HIV services including HTS, ART, PMTCT, PrEP etc. The project utilizes both quantitative and qualitative methodologies for data collection and analysis to generate the required evidence from supported health facilities on improving the quality of HIV services.
